Brochettes from Hokkaido pumpkin

- The amount of ingredients to taste

  • Hokkaido pumpkin
  • tofu or seitan
  • red pepper
  • zucchini
  • red onion
  • olive oil
  • ginger
  • soya sauce
  • chilli pepper
  • salt, pepper, grill seasoning

Cut peeled Hokkaido pumpkin into thin slices and spike it on skewers, alternating with slices of zucchini, tofu, peppers and onions. Mix the oil with the juice of ginger or dried ginger, soy sauce and finely chopped chilli pepper and put the skewers with pumpkin Hokkaido into this mixture. Bake in the oven or on the grill for about 5 minutes on all sides.
