Chicken stuffed with Hokkaido pumpkin

  • 1 small Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 roll
  • milk
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • butter
  • parsley
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • salt

Salt washed and dried chicken on the surface and inside. Soak sliced crescent roll in milk and squeeze it, add small pieces of chopped pumpkin, crushed garlic, nutmeg, eggs, a piece of butter, parsley, salt and mix it well. Fill chicken with stuffing and sew up the skin. Put thin slices of butter on the skin (you can also put it under the skin). During the roasting baste the chicken constantly with water for about 1 hour until golden.
