Jam from Hokkaido pumpkin

  • 1 pumpkin Hokkaido
  • 100 g apples or pears
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • whole cinnamon

Cook Hokkaido pumpkin until tender and then puree it. Add all the sugar and cut fruit into purée and cook. Stir constantly for about 20 minutes on low heat. Fill hot jam into prepared jars, add the cinnamon stick and put the lid on.
